Hi, I’m Rachata.
I built sendkan after years on both sides of the submit button.
I’ve run hackathons, competitions and student events, and competed in them too.

Why I started sendkan.
Submitting work should be the simplest part of an event, not one of the headaches.
Every time, the event itself came together. The submissions were the part still running on shared drives, spreadsheets and late night messages.
Organizers downloaded file after file just to open them, and merged scores by hand. Participants hunted for the right link and wondered if their work had arrived.
So I started building sendkan: one place to submit, check, evaluate and decide.
My ambition is for it to become the world's submission platform, for any event or project where people hand in work.
What kept happening.
Downloading every file
Just to open it. Until the laptop is full.
Scores in ten spreadsheets
Merged by hand, at midnight.
Shortlists copied by hand
Into the next form, team by team.
Hunting for the deadline
Across emails and group chats.
“Did you get my file?”
Asked again and again.

Nobody sure which one to judge.
What sendkan believes.
One answer to each.
- 01Work should be read where it lands.Every file previews in the browser.
- 02Judging is a team sport. One scorecard, beside the work.
- 03Rounds should flow into each other.Pick who's through - they're in.
- 04Everyone should know where they stand. Each team has its own page.
- 05Every hand-in deserves a receipt.With the server's own timestamp.
- 06Nothing gets overwritten.Every version kept and labeled.
Where it’s going.
- 01 Now Events that run on submissionsHackathons, quickathons, case competitions and online contests.
- 02 Next Coming soonCapstones and project-based learningMilestones, feedback and versions for class projects.
- 03 The ambition The world's submission platformWherever people hand in work, sendkan makes it easy.
Less time managing submissions. More time making it happen.
