Straight answers about what sendkan does today - and what's still on the way.

About sendkan

What is sendkan?+

A submission platform. Organizers say what to hand in and by when; participants submit and get a receipt; organizers check, review and decide - all on the same submission records.

Who is it for?+

University clubs, student organizations, communities and companies running case competitions, hackathons, online contests or a simple file collection.

Is sendkan free?+

Yes. The Starter plan is free and has no limit on how many submissions you receive. Every plan gets as many rounds as you need. Pro is ฿299 a month and adds team review tools and more control over your page.

For organizers

How are deadlines handled?+

Each round opens and closes in your event's timezone, enforced by the server to the minute. Late work is labeled. You can extend one team, close early or reopen with a reason.

What can participants submit?+

Files, links and short written answers. Each requirement sets its own formats, size, PDF page limit or word count.

What's the difference between accepted and qualified?+

Accepted means a submission meets the round's requirements. Qualified is a separate decision in Decide, and participants only see it when you publish.

Can reviewers score in the browser?+

Yes. Every submission opens in the browser with your weighted scorecard beside it. Reviewer assignments, blind scoring and comments pinned on files are part of Pro.

Can I get my data out?+

Every table exports to Excel or CSV, and a round's files download as one ZIP.

For participants

Do I need an account?+

No. Register with your name and email. On another device, ask for a sign-in link.

How do I know my work arrived?+

You see a receipt code and the exact time it was received, and the version appears in your history.

Can I submit again?+

If the organizers allow it, yes - until the deadline. Each submission is a new version; earlier ones are kept.
