Write requirements teams can't misread - formats, limits, naming and what 'done' means.

01One requirement, one thing

Split the deliverable into separate requirements - 'Solution deck' and 'Executive summary' - rather than one upload that should contain both. Each can then have its own format and limit.

02Say the format and the limit

'PDF, up to 10 MB, 15 slides plus appendix' leaves nothing to guess. If a page limit matters, make it a rule, not a request.

03Mark what's optional

Optional extras - a financial model, a demo video - should never block a team from submitting what's required.

04Define 'submitted'

Tell teams that only pressing Submit counts, that they'll get a receipt, and whether they can resubmit before the deadline.
